Nice idea to get rid of maths, since I can't even count 
how many fingers I have (between eight and thirteen, I 
think). If it can help you, a similar dice convention was 
used in Sorcerer - at http://www.sorcerer-rpg.com/ (sorry 
if you thought this idea was unseen before).

Mr. Ben Brighoff said it was like Poker. You could go 
that way: you could let a player re-roll a part of or the 
whole dice pool if his character has a "skill" that helps, 
or play oppositions like fighting with a first round (every 
one rolls his dice) then a second round (and then people 
with adequate "skills" can re-roll)...
