[UA] New RDL novel

Well...we do actually have to *print* it first...  With Lightning Source we
should be able to do 25 at a time, but I'm not sure how long it will take to
get the first batch.  But I sure like hearing those sentiments.  (Oh, and
I'm giving a free PIERCED HEART with each THE ROUGH & THE SMOOTH for mail
orders placed before July 1st.)

If the experiment goes well, who knows?  We might be able to dabble with
other specialty fiction hardcovers.  Like, mmm, wouldn't a collection of UA
stories be neat?
