If you look at the 1-50 channels none that I saw were blatant magicky stuff. 
  They are things like flip-flops.  And since my idea of low level is 1-15 
the flip-flop won't be hardcore reality breaking.  It's just little things 
that happen when people fit type, like fools can find their car keys or 
other stuff in the horrible mess that is their apartment or exceptionally 
independant women don't buckle when undr pressure.  You won't see average 
con men buying people's souls or Hillary Clinton strafing Montreal without a 
plane.
