I'd call the skill "World's Greatest Detective" just because I could.

Shouldn't escape artist be a Speed skill?  It seems to be a lot of contortions and fine manipulation.

If this were the older, 1960's Batman, he'd need a Soul skill called "Bat Utility Belt" which he rolls to have whatever he needs (a bazooka? it's there on the belt, you just never noticed it before), whenever he needs it.  Though the 60's Bats is less UA style than that of, say, Burton's movie or the Dark Knight Returns (probably that most of all)  (the version suggested for Bats in OTE had him have a fringe power involving his utility belt, but I digress, and I won't even get to talking about Batman as an Icon in a warped version of superhero Iconomancy)
