Hiya, Villa. Greetings from one newbie to another.
> Isn't it a bit funny that in order to shoot someone in a specific, *less vulnerable* body part, you simply can't do little damage? With this system, if you want to shoot someone in the arm, it'll do at least 40 points of damage. I see it as the bullet intruding a straightened arm in the hand, cutting open the artery *the whole way*, and starting a make-bones-flour spin.

Hm. Well, in hunting, it's fairly difficult to shoot someone and cause little damage. It can happen, by accident, but that's a fluke of the round. Usually if you hit somebody with a bullet, they are screwed. The arms and legs are home to some of the largest arteries in the body, and the shoulders as well. If you hit a bone near these..well...
Killing animals isn't hard, my hunter pals tell me. It's doing it right, (namely, quickly and efficiently), that takes skill.

I love these. I think they approach some of the fundamental motivations of humans. Peer pressure and trapped frustration could be examples of these, or rather, our desire to avoid these. As far as the mechanics go, they seemd the same as tthe other ones. If the victim encounters something in the game that causes them to stress out over either of these - being tied up and left, for example, or being surrounded by four French customs agents screaming at you in a language you have zero
understanding of - then the character rolls to see how they deal with it, emotionally and mentally.
Hope this helped a little
