	As for the rural/urban split, surely the magick 
in UA is wherever the obessesed weirdos are, town or 
country. The mainstream of the OU might be urban, political, 
and filled with in-fighting, back-stabbing and the like. 
There's also bound to be plenty of loner obsessives who 
just happen to have hit upon their one true way to magick 
and enlightenment by the path of abusing farmyard animals, 
climbing lonely mountains, starting forest fires or just 
keeping cats and making herbal remedies in a shack somewhere 
a very long way from everywhere else. Go with what works 
for you.
