I'm not Ken, but I wrote the TK thingy.

Currently "Diamond" Joe Espisito (Tynes added that bit, I think)
is supposed to be seated in the IC. The True King of Bootleggers
? Local Politics? Chicago?

Joseph Esposito (b.1872- d.1928)

Italian-born Chicago bootlegger & racketeer. He organized union
laborers & financed businesses in Chicago in the early part of
the 1900s. In August 1908, Esposito shot & killed his barber
Mack Geaquenta during an argument. The case was dismissed when
witnesses disappeared or refused to testify. Esposito prospered
& earned the nickname "Diamond Joe" because of his habit of
wearing diamonds- cuff links, shirt studs, rings, belt buckles &
so on. During Prohibition, he operated a vast bootlegging
business, with illegal stills in Melrose Park & Chicago and
ingratiated himself with important Chicago politicians by
delivering the "vote." Esposito was machine-gunned to death
during a mob war with Al Capone in 1928.

I'd say if you want a media dude,  Jim Morrison works well--
died under mysterious circumstances, cannot be used for
Iconomancy... I was assuming that meant he was alive, maybe he
just has veto power...

The True Lizard King? What's his Realm? Angst? Dark Poetry? The
Id?

I think Abraham Lincoln could be a good contender, as could
Emperor Norton, but I think that:
1. It's been too long and someone's probably booted them;
2. A Renounced Lincoln or Norton = Randy Douglas? Cool.
3. I think Lincoln is already "defined" as a demon in UA-- check
the examples under the Unnatural Creatures description. :)
