I've read only one issue so far, but the basic idea is that a mysterious
man finds people who are victims of crime or otherwise screwed over and
hands them an untraceable gun and bullets, along with evidence about
what really happened and who did it. It's about what different people do
when given this power.

It's currently up to issue 19 I think; Amazon says the new TPB is coming
in February and it looks like it will be 9-10 issues.
