I don't think so.  But then again, I almost sent an identical message to the list.  At the least, if I ever play in a UA game (or, for that matter, any modern horror game) I'll keep the tactic in mind.

The Knife Ghosts I'm not certain about, but it's most likely some ghost/demon thing that was killed by knife wounds and so manifests itself through poltergeist behaviour involving knives.
