No drunk penalty, as that's a purely physical result of 
the drinking.  Just as, if you gave one poison the other 
wouldn't die (unless I'm forgetting something important 
here).  


More interesting is using the proxie to break the 
dipsomancer's taboo, which would keep him from ever 
getting charges as long as the other stays sober.
