if you look at most "trickster" types in myths they often don't have any
particularly "tricky" powers, they tend to rely on their wits and cunning
for that. i think what Joe Phat's powers are maybe more meant to refelct are
the general attributes of the trickster as a quick, clever dude good at
fixing and inventing things
