Yeah. The suicider is a walking psychic grenade. He
has pulled the pin and is fizzing like a shaken soda.
The gun to the head fires and his ghost-or-demon
explodes out, looking for the nearest mind it can
shrapnel into. 

The spook doesn't like the cold outside and wants the
relativistic womb-like warmth of the bosses head.
Unlike typical demons, this is sort of a DID spin. It
manifests when the boss is asleep or severly stressed.
"But is wasn't me that shot all those kindergarden
kids, officer..."
