Jonathan Tweet DID this to me.  My character had been killed, and the
entire session was his dying hallucination.  Everyone was in on it.  Grrrr...

I also heard talk about an OTE session he'd written where the PCs are
secret agents who have all kinds of wack shit happening to them, and at the
end they remember being killed and decapitated.  It turns out they're being
kept alive in jars, and they're having their memories replayed...

Another first!  The other night, I had a disturbing dream, woke up, fell
alseep again, and had a SECOND dream in which I was discussing the first.
This second dream quickly became disturbing as well.
