I'll try X-Files, since it seems easy.

Mulder is an avatar of the Pilgrim, or maybe the Hunter. Scully used to
have an skeptic with the Failing to See Paranormal Effects skill, but
she lost it after she got into the House of Renunciation. The Lone
Gunmen are a cabal of infomancers. Krycek is a Two-Faced Man. As for the
Smoking Man, well, I think he deserves his own archetype.
