[UA] My Campaign Is Coming Together

Well, the plans for my campaign are coming together.

Here's what I have so far.

The campaign will take place in New Orleans, which according to a couple of
websites is the "Most Haunted City in America".  The PCs will all be
members of a street gang.

Here is where it gets supernatural and becomes UA: The leader of the gang
channels the Demagogue.  His right-hand man channels the Executioner.  So
far the Executioner and one other character have been made.  The other
character is an arson obsessed with fire and all of its aspects.  Hopefully
someone elects to run an adept of sometime.

I plan to run this campaign on two levels, both of them street-level
reality.  One will be the day-to-day operations of the criminal
organization, be they protection rackets, prostitution, heists, gun
running, drug dealing, etc.  The second level will be the interaction with
the occult underground of New Orleans.

The Occult Underground of New Orleans I haven't had time to flesh out yet
(that's a project for next week).  I know Voodoo will be a major player in
this particular occult underground.  In fact, the most famous Voodoo Queen,
Marie Laveau will have possessed some GMC and annihilated their soul, so
she will be a major player in the OU.  Other than that, I haven't fleshed
it out too much.  Any suggestions there?

I'll keep the list updated as the campaign comes together.

I will also post everyone's characters when they are all done, so you can
see how the campaign is shaping up and give me a bunch of ideas.
