Interesting story at Yahoo, about a man arrested for selling passports to an 
imaginary country -- "Sealand".

This seems as though it may have UA applications, somehow.  Of course, my 
father has been doing this for years.  He never claimed that his country was 
real, but he's been making stamps, passports, currency, maps, etc. for 
years.  Never thought of him as a potential  adept before, though.
