Name: Anthony Randoes

Summary: A cold and emotionless killer.  Randoes is a hired killer.  He
doesn't do it for pleasure, in fact he doesn't really get pleasure from
anything.  Randoes is slowly, but surely becoming a sociopath.  He is
already very dangerous, so that would make him a very dangerous sociopath,
which means bad news.

Randoes always sizes up people with the Once-Over on first meeting them and
every other time he meets someone.  If they aren't dangerous, he ignores
them or brushes them off.  To have someone look you over and then consider
you not worth worrying about can be very unnerving.

Personality: (Scorpio) The current assignment is more important than
anything else in the world.  Absolutely relentless.  Scarily so.

Obsession: Being the greatest of assassins.  The knowledge that he can take
any life he wants anytime is beyond simple exhiliration.

Rage Stimulus: Losing a fight.
Fear Stimulus: (Helplessness) Someone taking his life.  Randoes doesn't
like to be hurt.
Noble: A challenge.  Even though Randoes is adverse to pain, he wants to
try to get some exhiliration back into his life.

HIGH ROAD: It's hard to think of a high road for a dangerous sociopath.
Maybe he and the PCs end up on the same side against another dangerous foe.
MIDDLE ROAD: Randoes doesn't care about those not on his assignment list
and those not trying to do him in.  So, he can work as a killer that the
PCs know or someone they can hire.
LOW ROAD:  Someone has sent Randoes looking for the PCs.  That's bad.  REAL BAD.
