I'm curious to see how they made a game from all the
contradictive rules D&D 2nd was. Still, I people have fun
with this game, it's a good game, in my opinion.
And, by the way (totally OT): I've heard several years
ago that a compagny - Hogshead, I think - had made a game
that was never published, talking about a fantasy world
where the Player's Handbook and the Dungeon Master Guide
had fallen from the sky, and became the local "bible". If
my memory's right, the name was "FRUP".
I think that's what my future D&D3 capaign will look
like. Imagine a adventurer's pack coming back from the
crypt to a administrative clerk's office, clerk whose work
is to determine if you get your next level or not:
-But I swear I killed three orcs!
-Sorry, but for all I see, these fingers could come from
the same creature. Sorry, I can only give you 15 xp.
G. Pogorzelski.
I love people, but I can't stand them (G. Wolinski).
