I had a read of their proposed license, it looks like you can use their
system but can't provide info on making characters.  Presumably the new
creation rules will allow more than high-fantasy; there was a reference to
an unwritten book detailing creation.  Basically it looks liek you get to
write sourcebooks for TSR, letting them concentrate on the real
money-making items liek The complete book of X.  The license is up
somewhere on the TSR site, but I can't seem to find it.

It was discussed on the list, but I don't think anyone official got
involved.   Just like Gurps UA.
