I was making fun of AD&D at the local gaming store when I met the Australia/New
Zealand regional manager for WoTC products (or maybe it was just TSR) and he
said, based on the games I said I liked (Feng shui/OtE/Unknown Armies are the
example I used IIRC), that I probably wouldn't be impressed with 3rd edition
AD&D. I'll still be interested to see it though; some of the changes made in
Dragonfist (AD&D's free Chinese martial arts setting, with limited 3rd ed rule
enhancments) looked good.
