Our distributor in Colorado, AAA Aces, decided to pass on PoMoMa, and their
orders of the previous book had been minimal.  FWIW, they perceived that
they don't have any demand for the items.  Of course, if your local store
had gotten UA from them before, they might be doing the "wait and see if the
order is filled and then check with the next distributor on our list" thing,
which adds a lot of extra time to the process.  :(
