[UA] Movies, and UA/DG

I stole liberally from the 1990 film of Tom Stoppard's _Rosencrantz and
Guildenstern are Dead_ to populate the Night Floors in my "Delta Green with
UA rules" game... it was just so perfect.
_In the Mouth of Madness_ and _Neverwhere_ both have the "WTF?" element
that I find indispensable (grr... is that an "a" or an "i" in the penult?)
if you're running a game starting with norms.

For those interested: the Hardened/Failed system doesn't work well with the
"slow erosion of sanity" that the Hastur Mythos was shooting for.  I wimped
out by calling for Unnatural checks left and right, and only assigning
notches for matches.  Suggestions?
