Actually, I posted something along these lines a while back but got no
response. Basically, I posited that the ten archons are merely the ten
most basic archetypes and, thus, the most powerful (since their influence
is so broad). I believe what I came up with was:

Kether - the creator, god
Chokmah - the father
Binah - the mother
Chesed - the leader
Gevurah - the warrior, the warlord
Tiphareth - the prince, the king, the son
Netzach - the woman
Hod - the scholar, the scientist
Yesod - the man, the shaman, the mystic, the priest
Malkuth - the bride, the queen, the daughter

Of course, these archetypes have changed over the years, many of them
being transmuted into 'darker' versions of their basic concept.
Inspiration for these would be the dark angels, but would look something
like this:

Kether - the adversary, satan
Chokmah - the incestuous father
Binah - the dark mother
Chesed - the despot, the tyrant
Gevurah - the executioner
Tiphareth - the corrupt prince, the patricidal son
Netzach - the whore
Hod - the rationalist, the unbeliever
Yesod - the charlatan, the quack, the corrupt pope
Malkuth - the victim, the violated bride

If you use the Kult cosmology, Chokmah, Yesod, and Hod have all been
replaced by these darker archetypes and there are powerful avatars, even
godwalkers, of dark versions of those that remain.

One game I planned combined this Kult-UA fusion cosmology and used it as
the backdrop for a game based on the TV show Millennium. The goal of the
title organization was basically to steer worthy people into these
archetypes and keep the dark versions from ascending. They did this behind
the front of a law enforcement consulting firm, since most of the dark
avatars are rather criminal and the most convenient way to get rid of them
is to have the authorities intercede. By my way of thinking, the group was
trying to 'steer' Frank into position to replace to Chokmah, carefully
arranging events to force him into the Avatar path. The 'intercession' at
the beginning of the second season knocks him off that path. I'll let
people who are familiar with the show draw the rest of the implications on
their own. :)
