As a teenager I had to visit the dermatologist often for treatments.  This
was against my will, and my dermatologist seemed convinced that local
injections were the best way to deal with severe acne.  Our sessions started
with him examining my acne, checking on medical perscriptions he gave me,
and then pulling out a needle and giving me multiple injections in the face.

For a needle phobic person, it was a nightmare.  Injections between the
eyes, on the nose, around the cheeks, chin, and mouth.  Is that a Violence
check only, or what other checks would that encompass?
