Cthulhu Noir's one of Fantasy Flight's Cthulhu Live* books.

It's got stuff on noir and pulp gaming, some nice scenarios, but my
favourite part are the dodgy photos**...

ObUA: The first review I've seen of PoMoMa is up on rpg.net. In a
shocking departure from normal reviews of UA stuff, it merely gets a
pathetic 5 out of 5 in both style and substance.
