I got fixated in the taboo of the school, to be true, and overreacted. I
agree that terrorists doesn't consider themselves evil (read some
fragments of a terrorist's journal once. She was a depressive and
deluded woman, but she was not evil) Some of them are simply deluded.
Others are cold-blooded bastards. I have already sent a e-mail to DL
discussing possibilities for piromancers, and piromancer terrorists
remain as a viable option.

This is an interesting thought, too. Some changes in the school would be
needed, since it centers in 'clean evil with fire'. Gaining charges by
burning entropics wouldn't fit too well with this new vision.
About piromancy itself, I've noticed that a good deal of the spells have
combat effects. What about 'the fire of truth', which illuminates people
with the strength or your vision, leadership effects, extended
willpower, etc. I think that the 'holy flame' has a wide variety of
possibilities.
