I'll admit that I've got a vague mental picture of a cliomancer who's
managed to completely dominate some history-rich city like Washington D.C.
He owns the White House, he reaps the Lincoln Memorial, he sucks on
Congress and the Pentagon and the Washington Monument... and he rarely has
any time to spend his charges because he spends every waking minute running
around from monument to monument.  The guy's soaked in power and has
nothing he can really do with it.  Unless he joined Mak Attax, of course...
