[UA] Velomancy comments.

Very slick.  Just watched CRASH the other day, and it seems tailored for
UA. I loved this, and thought your spells work well.

I don't really understand the taboo, however.  What is loss of control
defined as?  For instance, if a cop tells me to drop to the ground and I
do, have I lost all my charges?  What about comrpomise: if you say go
left, and I do, am I screwed?  I think this could make velomancers the
biggest pains in the ass to deal with.

In my view, velomancers should be a geographically restricted school,
just cause we don't have many yet.  I am thinking, of course, of having
them only in the LA area.
