[UA] finding it in Seattle

Okay, someone's yankin' you here.  My brother works at G&G Redmond (their
new flagship store, check it out), and got me a copy.  He probably had to
order it from the distributor, but it's still possible.  Don't know if
they have shelves full yet, but individual copies are an option.  And if
enough of us order single copies like that, then they'll pretty much have
to get a bunch in stock, and then other people will find it and love it,
and then John Tynes will get a Significant charge on top of the Minor
ones he's getting from the mailing list.
