If a skeptomancer managed to convince someone that the Naked Goddess tape
was fake, I'd probably give them more than 1 significant charge. Of course,
imagine the trauma that could be induced with that.

I'm not sure I understand. Does this include the spells within this art or
does the adept only lose their charges if they use abilities beyond the
methods you list to shake someone?

A good choice of options there. A skeptomance could easily be a closet
sadist, torturer at a concentration camp, or a grifter. I like it.
