NB: These guys are not behind conspiracies or wars or anything. They are simply
forces for the status quo, yet their methods invariably alienate and agitate
the populace they seek to keep in line. Hitler, for example, was not a tyrant.
Tyrants aren't evil, they're just rules crazy and unable to understand how to
keep the people they manage happy.
