I get the feeling that a Cliomancer can't spit without charging up in
some parts of Europe.

Here's a question, though: What if a Cliomancer moves INTO a
significant charging area, and resides there? Say, he sets up camp
inside Khufu's Pyramid or St. Peter's Basilica, or somesuch?

I can see a lot of Cliomancers od'ing when they try to mainline too
much meaning, baby. Where do you think all those nutty and mystical
street people come from?

(And we got a lot of nutty street people here in DC... The usual
explanation is that St. Elizabeth's-- the place where John Hinkley is,
don'tcha know-- turned a bunch of patients out on the street a number
of years ago. But now you know... the REST of the story.)
