Quite nice - but some of the effects seemed a little dull.  An extra spell

I Will Show You Fear In A Handful of Dust

Cost: 3 significant charges

Effect: The phobomancer causes the victim to become deadly afraid of any
one thing of the phobomancer's choice - effectively giving them an extra
Fear stimulus, including the ability to flip-flop rolls.  The phobomancer
must display the feared object or creature to the victim when casting the
spell. The victim becomes afraid of all of that type of object or
creature, not just the one the phobomancer displayed.  This spell can be
resisted with a Soul check at -20, and the effects are permanent. Among
less literary phobomancers, this spell is known as "Elephant Meets Mouse."
