Bah, I know nothing about Memphis. I'd rather each writer got to choose how
and where to do his own chapter, as long as it advances the plot. Although
it may be difficult for writers to progress said plot half a world away.
Which reminds me, here's the latest (and it looks final) writer's list:
Greg Stolze
Tim Toner
Chris Milne
Aaron Stimson
Iam Rebis
Chad Underkoffler
Kevin Schmidt
Geoff Garton
Joe Iglesias
Roger (Andar79)
Brian A Joughin
Gareth Hanrahan
Yagathai
Tom Adams
Dan Pond
James Palmer
Andrew Byers
Tim Dedopulous
That's 18, folks. With Tynes and Hite, we'd be at a solid 20. (And if they
could stop playing EverQuest for one sec to read the list we'd know! :-)
At 20 pages per Chapter, the novel is looking to be 400 pages long. (I
expect Chapters will spill slightly over that page count, though.)
For the heck of it, I've gone ahead and rolled on all 20 names to get the
chapter assignments. (Yes, I'm a lonely man chasing paramasturbatory
illusions that I believe will give my life meaning and significance which my
pathetic social maladjustment makes it impossible for me to find elsewhere...)
If Hite or Tynes don't join in (and thus Greg doesn't either?), we'll have to
remove their names and bump the order up. Regardless, the order will stay
the same.
-The Unknown Armies Novel Project-
Chapter One: Greg Stolze
Chapter Two: Tim Toner
Chapter Three: Chris Milne
Chapter Four: Aaron Stimson
Chapter Five: Iam Rebis
Chapter Six: Chad Underkoffler
Chapter Seven: Kevin Schmidt
Chapter Eight: Geoff Garton
Chapter Nine: Joe Iglesias
Chapter Ten: Roger (andar79)
Chapter Eleven: Brian A Joughin
Chapter Twelve: Gareth Hanrahan
Chapter Thirteen: Ken Hite
Chapter Fourteen: Yagathai
Chapter Fifteen: Tom Adams
Chapter Sixteen: Dan Pond
Chapter Seventeen: James Palmer
Chapter Eighteen: Andrew Byers
Chapter Nineteen: Tim Dedopulous
Chapter Twenty: John Tynes
(You may notice the order of the names is the same as above. That's because
AOL was kind enough to crash on me while I wrote the original e-mail and I
lost the writer list, having to make due with the chapter assignment list I'd
saved.)
