[UA] Avatar random effects

I've been toying with the idea of allowing Avatars to do weird stuff not specified 
in their channels, mostly linked with symbols, such as an avatar of the 
Executioner pulling a card out of a pack at random and it being the Ace of 
Spades, and at higher levels, possibly communicating with their animal symbols.
What do you think?
