For the record, the scenario can be downloaded at the WoTC site. I agree
that the situation (trapped in a blizzard, in a rest stop) and the
characters (local police, militia man, occult scholar, mad cultists...)
fit with UA. Not sure about what to do with the Ice Demon, though.
