No set limit.  Word length was never really a concern for me.  (In the 
publishing industry it would be a problem, but for electronic web publishing 
I think we're pretty wide open.  Just hope the UA Archive can store the 
sucker.)

Actually, you could set your chapter wherever you want it to be.  Just be 
sure to progress the plot in some way.
