[UA] UA Larp mechanics

The best idea that I've heard, and one that I wish that I'd heard before our 
last LARP, was to use a digital stopwatch that displays hundredths of 
seconds.  Just leave it running, and click on pause when you need a number.  
Voila!  A usable percentage number.

Now, I have no idea how much these stopwatches cost, but it would be worth 
looking into, I think.
