I'd be very wary to do a chapter based in the Statosphere until the upcoming 
sourcebook fills us in (hopefully) on a few more pieces of it.

However, maybe a chapter could deal with some heavy omens being inflicted on 
a character that might be resulting from the Statosphere (make this unlucky 
SOB the unwittingly Avatar of The Crusader or some such.  :-).
