Tell you what.  If the following pros sign on, I'll kick in a beauty of a
starting idea that I don't exactly know where to go with.

Incidentally, I particularly like the idea that I start it and Tynes
finishes it. 

Also, I thought I'd throw this out: A good way to to it might be to have
each chapter be told from the first person point of view, and each one from
a different perspective.  That way the inevitable jarring changes in tone
are a feature, not a bug.
