I think these are all pretty damn cool. Especially if protrayed
in a more mundane manner, like chronic diseases. Also, I'd link
the level of the illness directly to their power level with the
magic, rather than just to their age.
The more you dominate an element, the more depend upon it you
become (or something).
You mind if people steal these? I'm working on an alternate
realities kind of setting that could use a few more nifty kinds
of magic :)
