AHA! Quality sells! ....It just doesn't sell for long....
I think what happened here was that all of us who were interested in the
game, bought the game. Now it's down to new recruits. However, let's not
forget that UA got some serious exposure in the Origins and GenCon pre-reg
books, didn't they? Sure, just a tiny blurb and some scheduled games, but it
clued a lot of people into the game. I know that I myself only picked up UA
after seeing it in the Origins reg book listed as "a mix between Hellraiser
and Pulp Fiction".
(I might have gotten it anyway, but it's hard to say. My store has a way of
shelving into dusty corners the small company RPGs while having row after row
of eye-level WW and TSR books. )
