After looking over the GenCon event submission form on the WotC site, these
are the options you can pick from when running an event at GenCon. Looking
at this, it seems that you can pick how long you want your event to last,
i.e. Event Length.

Thursday, July 13, 2000
Friday, July 14, 2000
Saturday, July 15, 2000
Sunday, July 16, 2000
(All Sunday events must end by 8:00 p.m.)

Event Time:
1:00 A.M. (late-night game Friday, saturday or Sunday)
8:00 A.M.
10:00 A.M.
12:00 P.M.
2:00 P.M.
5:00 P.M.
7:00 P.M.
9:00 P.M.
11:00 P.M.
If the event runs more than once, or has multiple rounds, please provide a
schedule.

Event Length:
45 min.
1 hour, 45 min.
3 hours, 45 min.
5 hours, 45 min.
7 hours, 45 min.
