More to the point, you just don't see a lot of Godwalkers around in the
first place. To reach that level of avatarhood, you've got to be a
seriously obsessed individual, on the order of a Joan of Arc or a Ted
Kaczynski. Our canon Godwalker, the Freak, is certainly living nothing
resembling a normal life.
Another tricky issue here is that the godwalker is really doing the
archetype's work on Earth, which makes the godwalker very useful--think
of Jesus and Yahweh, if Jesus had originated on Earth and deposed Yahweh
at ascension. The ascended archetype may not want to be booted out, but
it would still covet such a potent tool.
