The first 333 archetypes to ascend.  The archetypes represent what the 
current cosmos deems important or gives importance to through actions.  They 
aren't predetermined.  (It's a very philosophical "you get what you give" 
kinda deal.)

Well, that depends on the archetypes.  One hopes for a balance, and that's 
why everyone in UA gives a damn in a sense, but easily too many 
"Entropy"-based archetypes could emerge, and the universe would spiral into 
chaos.  Similarly, too many "Order"-based archetypes could be formed, and the 
universe would die under stagnation.  (Look to the novel and film 1984 for an 
example of an "Order"-based cosmos.)
