I think it's a great idea, further emphasizing the powerful and often
surreal nature of Avatars. I think that such "ripples of coincidence"
(wether conscious or not) would be a logical side effect of the path to
the Invisible Clergy.

I don't think I'd make it conscious, though. I think it would be a better
effect if this type of thing is part of the innate mystical connection they
are establishing with the Collective Unconscious. So the Executioner is
playing cards with his intended target, and his target draws a full house of
Aces and Eights (GM Fiat for a powerful roll or dramatic move) right before
the Executioner makes his move. Or the Masterless Man, lost in the desert,
is lead to a well by a lone predatory bird. Make it a plot or story
enhancer and it sounds very nice.
