It's a sort of meta-RPG, by our own John Tynes. You add it on to another RPG, where the roles of player and PC become kinda questionable, and also the sanity of the pcs and players. or something like that. It's brilliant and weird, from what I recall, and it's on his website, www.john.tynes.com   Also, I think it's being published along with Puppetland, yes?
