Nah. Sappy. Hinduism has a fine tradition of religious persecution, why
waste it now?
Actually, the Hindu convert community in Britain can be *very* nasty in
its infighting (like most commmunities), the Hare Krishnas tend to be
somewhat dogmatic and a couple of the Hindu schools are terribly run, from
what I hear. But they're generally a nice bunch, though I prefer Sikhs.
Beards, swords, social justice, religious equality and good meals at every
service. What more could you want?

Well, they've lost some of the more extreme right-wing elements of the
party - the ones who were responsible, on a fairly regular basis, for
stirring up some really bloody anti-Muslim riots - and an awful lot of the
current members jumped ship from Congress in order to stay in government,
which has moderated them somewhat. Still, they're a worrying bunch.

Ah, yes. That makes sense.

Maybe there's only actually one Godhead per cycle, and ours is just a
particularly bad year, as it were?

Neat. I will have a look. Haven't seen any Kult stuff for a while, but
it was always entertaining.
