[UA] New GM solicits opinions on skill

If you wanted to balance it against the skill Avatar: Masterless Man (for
whom three of four channels involve being really damn tough), I'd say let the
skill lend extra hit points (so, 85 hit points) Which take a month to heal
(the A:MM skill can get it's extra points once a month). Then, while this
doesn't have the taboo like the Avatar skill, it also doesn't have the
potential for extra channels later on.
