<p> If you are modeling the building in Type56 I would define an
active layer and radiant floor in each of the apartments. I think
that using Type653 might not be the best idea because presumably
the apartments are all individually controlled (and may even have
different setpoints at different times). Modeling each in Type56
would allow for such control and for a better estimate of the
pumping power required to feed 28 separate systems rather than one
large one.</p>

the cooling and heating system of all the 28 apartments of a
building, for a total of 2000 m^2.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">My question is about the type 653 which
rapresents the radiant slab. Is it correct (in the parameter
window of the type) to set the slab surface equal to whole
surface of the building to be heated and a corrisponding total
pipe lenght?</p>
